Prompt Deck

Prompt Deck Help

Getting started with Prompt Deck.

Prompt Deck is a prompt workspace for Apple devices. It helps developers organize app development prompts by project, prepare context and constraints, manage prompt status, and copy the next task into AI tools such as Codex, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, or other tools.

Prompt Deck does not directly send prompts to AI services and does not connect to external AI APIs. Copy workflows prepare content for you to paste into the AI tool you choose.

Getting started

  1. Create a project for an app, feature, client, or development workflow.
  2. Write a Project Brief with context, goals, constraints, and completion criteria.
  3. Add Prompt Cards for executable AI tasks.
  4. Set status, target tool, instruction type, task type, success criteria, blocked-by notes, and NG conditions where useful.
  5. Copy the next task and paste it into Codex, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, or another tool.
  6. Use Run Log, prompt versions, Inbox, Archive, Trash, Export / Import, and Templates to keep the workspace maintainable.

  • Project Brief = context, goals, constraints, and completion criteria for the project.
  • Prompt Card = one executable AI task.
  • Status, Blocked by, Target Tool, Instruction Type, and NG Conditions help control AI work safely.
  • Inbox captures rough ideas before you organize them into projects or Prompt Cards.
  • Archive and Trash help keep completed and deleted work out of the active queue.
