Use these checks when something does not behave as expected.
Copy output looks wrong
- Confirm the correct Prompt Card is selected.
- Check the Project Brief for outdated context or constraints.
- Review target tool, instruction type, task type, success criteria, and NG conditions.
- Remove placeholders or temporary notes before pasting into an AI tool.
Work is hard to find
- Check Inbox for captured ideas that have not been organized.
- Check Archive for completed work.
- Check Trash for deleted work.
- Use projects to separate different app, feature, or workflow contexts.
Backup and restore
Use Export / Import for backup and restore. Keep an export before deleting the app, changing devices, or making major workspace changes.
iCloud questions
CloudKit/iCloud Sync is prepared in the app code but should not be treated as enabled until production setup and device testing are complete. If a release enables it, confirm iCloud status, Apple ID, iCloud Drive, available iCloud storage, and network connectivity.
