This Privacy Policy explains how Prompt Deck handles information.
Summary
Prompt Deck is a local-first prompt workspace for Apple devices. Aleatrick does not sell your personal data, does not operate a prompt server for Prompt Deck, and does not require an Aleatrick account to use the app.
Prompt Deck does not directly send prompts to AI services and does not connect to external AI APIs.
Information stored by the app
Prompt Deck may store user-created app data, including:
- Projects
- Project Briefs
- Prompts
- Inbox items
- Custom templates
- Prompt versions
- Run logs
- Settings
This information is created and controlled by you.
Local storage
User-created data is currently stored locally on the device as app data.
Export / Import is available for backup and restore. Exported files are controlled by you and should be stored carefully.
iCloud Sync
CloudKit/iCloud Sync is prepared in the app code, but it should not be treated as enabled until production entitlements, container setup, and device testing are complete.
If iCloud Sync is enabled and verified in a production release, Prompt Deck data may sync through your own Apple iCloud account. iCloud availability and behavior depend on Apple services, your Apple ID, device settings, storage availability, and network conditions.
Aleatrick does not operate its own prompt sync server for Prompt Deck.
Accounts
Prompt Deck does not require an Aleatrick account and does not currently include Aleatrick account creation.
Ads, tracking, and analytics
Prompt Deck does not use ads, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
External AI services
Prompt Deck does not directly send prompts to AI services and does not connect to external AI APIs. When you copy content from Prompt Deck and paste it into another tool, that tool’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
Support email
If you contact Aleatrick for support, the information you include in your email is used to respond to your request.
Changes
This policy may be updated when Prompt Deck changes. The “Last updated” date will be revised when meaningful changes are made.
